Crock-Pot Homemade Chicken Broth

Instructions
  1. Cook Crock-Pot Whole Chicken (see recipe)
  2. Peel chicken from bones, and put bones back in the crock-pot.
  3. Add 6 cups water to crock-pot.
  4. Put lid on and cook on high for 5 hours.
  5. Strain broth of bones and larger chicken pieces and place remaining broth in plastic containers.
  6. Freeze broth until needed.
