Crock-Pot Hawaiian Pork
This super tender shredded pork recipe is simple yet tasty and will remind you of a pit roasted pig from Hawaii without having to gather banana leaves and dig a hole in your back yard. The pork roast is seasoned with soy sauce, onion, garlic, sea salt and a little liquid smoke and then slow cooked for hours until the meat is falling apart. Serve over rice or in buns for yummy sandwiches.
