Crock-Pot Hawaiian Pork

Ingredients
  • 1tablespoon Sea Saltor kosher salt
  • 4tablespoons Liquid Smoke
  • 3tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 3cloves Garlicminced
  • 4pounds Pork Roastdo not use pork tenderloin, although most other cuts will work
  • 1whole Onionsliced
Instructions
  1. Spread sliced onions on the bottom of the Crock-Pot
  2. Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a small bowl and rub all over pork
  3. Place pork in Crock-Pot and cook on low until tender, approx 6 hours.
  4. Shred the pork in the Crock-Pot and let shredded pork sit and adsorb remaining liquid.
  5. Enjoy!
