This warm and cheesy dip is amazing when served with slices of a good quality rye bread. However feel free to use whatever is your favorite bread or crackers.

  1. Add ingredients to a 3 to 4 quart slow cooker and quickly stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to ensure cheeses melt evenly.
  3. Turn slow cooker to WARM setting and serve with slices or chunks of rye bread.

You can change the flavor profile of this dip easily by experimenting with different cheeses and mustard types.
