Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to the insert of a 6 quart Crock-Pot Express multi-cooker.
  2. Stir together well.
  3. Close and lock lid, making sure valve is set to sealing.
  4. Set on MANUAL, HIGH pressure, for 10 minutes.
  5. When time is up, let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes. When that time has passed, carefully turn the valve to vent to release any remaining pressure.
  6. Carefully remove lid and set aside.
  7. Stir the oatmeal until it is all thoroughly combined.
  8. Spoon into bowl and top with a sprinkle of additional brown sugar if desired and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

This recipe may also be made using quick cooking steel cut oats by simply reducing the cooking time to 8 minutes.
