Crock-Pot Express Crock Loaded Mashed Potatoes Recipe
These mashed potatoes are loaded with bacon, cheese, sour cream, butter and green onions and pack a mouthful of flavor! Best of all, the bacon and potatoes can be cooked in your Crock-Pot Express multi-cooker!

  1. Add peeled potatoes and water to 6 quart Crock-Pot Express Crock.
  2. Lock lid into place and set Crock-Pot Express Crock to the STEAM setting and turn the steam valve to the OFF position.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 8 minutes (if you have large potatoes you may need to cook them for an additional 2 minutes).
  4. Carefully remove potatoes from Crock-Pot Express Crock and drain off water.
  5. Turn Crock-Pot Express Crock to the SAUTE setting and press the START button.
  6. Add diced bacon to the pot and cook until bacon is crisp and browned.
  7. Add the cooked potatoes back into the pot (leave the bacon grease in the pot for additional flavor) and add in the remaining ingredients.
  8. With a potato masher that is safe to use in a non-stick pan, mash the potatoes until they reach your desired consistency.
Recipe Notes

For thinner mashed potatoes add additional milk and butter, for thicker potatoes add a little less.
