Crock-Pot Express Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe
Whip up a delicious homemade chocolate bundt cake in just a matter of minutes in your Crock-Pot Express Multi-Cooker (or other electric pressure cooker) then top it off with a rich chocolate ganache for a perfect chocolatey dessert. Pretty enough for a special occasion but easy enough for everyday!

For The Cake:
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the hot water and cocoa powder. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, baking soda, and salt. Add in the sour cream, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in the flour until fully combined.
  4. Add the cocoa mixture and beat for 2 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into a 6 cup bundt pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray designed for baking. Cover with aluminum foil.
  7. In the bottom of the Crock-Pot Express insert add 1 1/2 cups of water.
  8. Put the bundt cake pan on a trivet with handles and lower into the insert.
  9. Close and lock the lid of the pressure cooker into place, making sure the valve is set to sealing.
  10. Set on MANURAL, HIGH PRESSURE, for 32 minutes.
  11. When the time is done, allow the pressure cooked to naturally release for 10 minutes, then carefully turn the valve to venting to release any remaining pressure.
  12. Carefully remove lid from pressure cooker and using oven mitts lift out the cake from the pressure cooker using the handles on the trivet.
  13. Remove the foil and allow the cake to cool for about 5 to 10 minutes in the pan, then invert onto a cake plate to fully cool before topping with chocolate ganache.
For The Ganache:
  1. Add chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream to a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring between intervals until the chocolate is smooth and glossy.
  2. Pour ganache over top of cake. Serve and enjoy!
