Pressure Cooker Blueberry Peach Cobbler
I am in LOVE with my Crock-Pot Express Multi-Cooker because you can do so many amazing recipes in it!
This Blueberry Peach Cobbler is SO EASY to make.
With a couple cans of peaches, some fresh blueberries, a box of white cake mix and a few other simple ingredients you can have this cobbler cooking in your pressure cooker in just 5 minutes.
It is the perfect summer dessert. I like to spoon the cobbler into bowls, top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
A scoop of vanilla ice cream would be amazing too.
Such a tasty dessert that everyone in your family is going to love!
Equipment Needed For Crock-Pot Express Blueberry Peach Cobbler Recipe:
- 6 Quart Crock-Pot Express Multi-Cooker
- Dry Measuring Cups And Spoons
- Liquid Measuring Cup
- Large Mixing Bowl
Can I Use Fresh Or Frozen Peaches?
You can use either fresh or frozen peaches instead of the canned peaches called for. Just slice or dice your peaches and throw them in the Crockpot Express.
Can I Use Frozen Blueberries?
If you are making this recipe outside of fresh blueberry season using frozen blueberries will work great. If using frozen berries be sure to thaw them first.
Can I Use Other Flavors Of Cake Mix?
While this recipe has not been tested using other flavors of cake mix I would think a yellow cake mix will work great. So if you have a box of yellow cake mix already in your pantry, go ahead and use that instead of running to the grocery store just to purchase a white cake mix!
