  1. Spray the bottom of a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl beat the cream cheese, cream of potato soup, ranch dressing mix, garlic and pepper till well combined.
  3. Stir in sliced potatoes.
  4. Pour potato mixture into prepared slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or until potatoes are fork tender and done.
Recipe Notes

For a variation add some cooked and crumbled bacon!
