Crock-Pot Citrus-Chipotle Pulled Pork Recipe
This recipe for Crock-Pot Citrus-Chipotle Pulled Pork is very simple to make with only 4 ingredients preparation time is just a few minutes and then just just dump everything over the meat and cook it. This recipe makes a good 20 servings. We cooked then froze half in a zippered freezer bag for a quick meal another day (plus a couple of lunches!). This would also be a great recipe to serve at a party or other get together.

Recipe Notes

The spiciness level on this recipe as is leans towards the mild spice. My 4 children ate this just fine without complaint. You don’t really get the spice right away but it is more of a lingering tingle after you eat a bite. If you would like less spice I would just cut down on how much chipotle in adobo sauce you use (maybe 1/2 a can). And of course, if you like it hot, add more!

You are gonna love these!
