Crock-Pot Chocolate Pudding Cake

  1. In a bowl, whip the 3 egg whites until peaks appear.
  2. Add applesauce, 1/2 cup water and the dry cake mix to the eggs whites.
  3. Stir well and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, add dry pudding mix and 2 cups water.
  5. Stir well and set aside.
  6. Preheat crock-pot on high.
  7. Spray grease the inside of the crock-pot well.
  8. Add cake mix to the crock-pot.
  9. Then add the pudding mix to the crock-pot.
  10. DO NOT MIX.
  11. Place a paper towel on top of the crock-pot opening and then put the lid on top of the paper towel.
  12. Cook on high for 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours or until a knife comes out clean from the cake mix portion.
  13. To remove, use a plate with a lip larger than the crock-pot itself. I used a pie pan.
  14. Place the plate on top of the crock-pot and flip it upside down.
  15. Be careful as the mixture is steaming hot.
  16. Serve.
