Crock-Pot Chicken Ranch Tacos Recipe
Everyone loves the great flavors in this chicken ranch taco recipe. And with just 4 ingredients it could not be any easier to make!

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a 4 quart or larger slow cooker, stirring to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or on LOW for 6 hours. If your chicken is frozen add an additional 60 minutes to the cooking time.
  3. Once chicken is fully cooked, carefully drain off any extra cooking liquid into a bowl and set aside.
  4. Shred chicken meat with two forks and stir in a little bit of the reserved cooking liquid to help keep the meat moist.
  5. Serve shredded chicken in taco shells or tortillas with your favorite taco toppings.

This recipe is gluten-free when using both of our homemade taco seasoning mix and ranch dressing mix or a gluten free store bought brand.

Nutrition information based on using boneless skinless chicken breasts adjust accordingly if using chicken thighs.
