Crock-Pot Cherry Pork Tenderloin Recipe

  1. Place pork tenderloin in bottom of a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the canned cherry pie filling, dry onion soup mix, thyme and nutmeg and pour over pork tenderloin.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until pork is done and an internal temperature on a meat thermometer reads 145° F.
  4. Slice pork tenderloin and serve each slice with cherry sauce in the slow cooker, garnishing with parsley if desired.
