Crock-Pot Buffalo Chicken Chili Recipe
This creamy buffalo chicken chili is not only super easy to make but tastes fantastic with the yummy flavors of buffalo chicken wings in chili form! Top bowls of this chili with sour cream, additional shredded cheese and a sprinkling of sliced green onions!

  1. Add chicken, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, beans, buffalo wing sauce, corn, celery, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and salt in a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  3. Remove lid from slow cooker and add chunks of cream cheese.
  4. Recover and cook an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Remove lid, remove chicken breasts from slow cooker and place on a plate.
  6. Stir shredded Monterey Jack cheese into slow cooker until the Jack cheese and cream cheese are melted.
  7. Shred chicken breasts with two forks and add meat back into the slow cooker and stir.
  8. Ladle chili into bowls and top each bowl with sour cream, additional cheese and sliced green onion if desired.
  9. Dig in and enjoy!
