Crock-Pot Beer Pulled Pork Recipe
Use your favorite brand of beer in this fantastic recipe for beer pulled pork. The beer and the BBQ sauce adds a ton of flavor. Serve on your favorite buns or rolls for dinner or lunch!

  1. Add pork roast, beer and chopped onions to a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or until pork meat is easily shredded.
  3. Carefully remove pork roast from slow cooker and place on a rimmed baking sheet (to catch the juices) and shred meat with two forks. Discard any fat or bone.
  4. Add shredded pork meat back into the slow cooker and add barbecue sauce, stir to combine.
  5. Recover and continue to cook an additional 2 hours on LOW.
  6. Serve on your favorite buns or rolls.
Recipe Notes

To make clean up easier you may wish to either line your slow cooker with a slow cooker liner or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
