  1. Add oats, honey and melted butter to a 6 quart or larger slow cooker and stir to coat all of the oats in the honey and butter.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes while it cooks.
  3. Turn slow cooker OFF (or unplug) and allow the granola to cool completely.
  4. Store granola in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
