Crock-Pot Baked Potato Tin Foil Dinner
So this was our Mother’s Day Dinner. I had seen various similar recipes around but they were all for the oven. Of course, in my kitchen we try to use the oven as little as possible, so I figured we must find a way to do a Potato Tin Foil Dinner in the crock. It’s rather easy to do normal Baked Potatoes with nothing but a bit of butter and Salt, but wanted to have the yummiest, most sensational Dinner we could (too bad I had to cook it!). With this recipe I made 7 Baked Potatoes, it took 2 crock-pots, but you plan it with as many family members as you are serving, so use the ingredients and amounts as a guide but there will be no hard or fast rule with this recipe. You can’t really foul it up. By the way, pretty sure this was the best smelling recipe I have ever made! We were drooling by the time it was done.
