Crock-Pot Bacon Cheddar Ranch Chicken Recipe
Also known as “crack chicken’ this fantastic creamy chicken dish features shredded chicken, bacon, cream cheese and cheddar cheese for an chicken dish that is perfect for dinner any night of the week!

  1. To a 5 quart or larger slow cooker add the chicken broth and then stir in the ranch dressing mix.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. Shred chicken with two forks in the slow cooker.
  5. Add cream cheese, crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
  6. Recover slow cooker and cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes on LOW until the cream cheese is melted and can be stirred into the shredded chicken.
  7. Serve as is or in a sandwich or wrap with additional crumbled bacon and cheese if desired.
