Crock-Pot Asian Garlic Pork Chops Recipe
Everyone in the family is going to love these juicy Asian inspired pork chops. The pork chops are simmered away in a sweet and sour type sauce that is jam packed with 6 cloves of garlic for a great savory flavor. Serve with your favorite steam or stir-fried veggies and rice for a great dinner any night of the week!

  1. Arrange the pork chops in the bottom of a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Evenly sprinkle the diced onion and pineapple tidbits on top of the pork chops in the slow cooker.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, water, garlic and ground ginger until combined.
  4. Pour sauce mixture evenly over the pork chops.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or until the pork chops are done and register 145° F (63° C) with an instant read meat thermometer.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Non-Stick Note: To make clean up easier you may wish to either line your slow cooker with a slow cooker liner or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

*Gluten Free Note: This recipe is easily made gluten free by substituting the soy sauce with a gluten-free tamari sauce. If you are on a gluten-free diet it is of course always important to read the labels on all ingredients before you buy them to ensure that they don’t contain any hidden gluten.
