Instructions
  1. Add whole milk, white chocolate chips, vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk to a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours or until the white chocolate chips have melted completely.
  3. Stir in the RumChata liquor.
  4. Serve in mugs garnished with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
