Crock-Pot Creamy Salsa Chicken Recipe
With only 5 ingredients this easy chicken recipe is perfect for dinner any night of the week and tastes fantastic. I like to serve this creamy salsa chicken over cooked white rice as a burrito bowl. But you can eat it as is or throw it into tortillas and make burritos too.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Add the chicken to a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Pour salsa and cream of mushroom soup (straight from the can) over the chicken and mix everything together to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or 3 to 4 hours on HIGH.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream and shred the chicken right in the slow cooker.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or in burritos if desired.
Recipe Notes

To make clean up easier you may wish to either line your slow cooker with a slow cooker liner or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
