Crock-Pot Cheesy Bacon Ranch Potatoes Recipe
Layers of potatoes, bacon, cheese and ranch dressing mix take simple potatoes over the top in this amazing slow cooker side dish!

  1. On the stove top in a medium frying pan cook the bacon, drain and set aside.
  2. Wash and slice potatoes.
  3. Line a 4 – 4.5 quart slow cooker with aluminum foil allowing enough extra to fold over before cooking.
  4. Spray the inside of the foil with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Layer the ingredients: potatoes, onion, bacon, dry ranch dressing and cheese in at least 2 layers.
  6. Once all ingredients are in slow cooker, fold foil over the top of the potatoes.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 – 6 hours.
  8. Garnish with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
Recipe Notes

Don’t forget to use cooking spray oil on the foil.  I made this mistake and some of my potatoes and cheese stuck to the foil.
