Crock-Pot Bacon Wrapped Lit’l Smokies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16ounces Little Smokies Sausage Links
  • 12ounces Bacon
  • 1 3/4cup Brown Sugarlight or dark
Instructions
  1. Using a knife or scissors, cut the bacon strips into 3 equal pieces.
  2. Wrap a piece of bacon around a Lit’l Smokie.
  3. Place the smokie with the open end down and stack in in a 3 quart or larger crock-pot.
  4. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top of the bacon wrapped Lit’l Smokies between each layer.
  5. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  6. If necessary move the Lil’ Smokies around to allow the top layer to cook.
  7. Switch crock-pot to the WARM setting to keep them warm for serving.
Recipe Notes

For a lower fat version use turkey Lit’l Smokies and turkey bacon!
