Crock-Pot Taco Chicken Meat Recipe
With just three ingredients this basic recipe makes great and tender shredded chicken that is perfect for taco night!
Ingredients
- ½ Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1.25 Ounces Low Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix (1 packet store bought or equivalent homemade)
- 1 Cup Chicken Stock (store bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts in strips.½ Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Place all ingredients in 3 to 4 quart slow cooker.1.25 Ounces Low Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix -1 Cup Chicken Stock
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Drain extra juice from Chicken.
- Shred chicken and place in serving bowl.
