Crock-Pot Salsa Chicken with Beans Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 16 Ounces Salsa
- 14 ½ Ounces Canned Pinto Beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 Cup Frozen Corn
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion (Diced)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a 5 quart or larger slow cooker and stir to combine.2 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts –16 Ounces Salsa –14 ½ Ounces Canned Pinto Beans –1 Cup Frozen Corn –1 Medium Yellow Onion
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
- Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred the meat.
- Add the shredded meat back into the slow cooker, stir to combine.
