  • Can Opener
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Forks
  • Wooden Spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 16 Ounces Salsa
  • 14 ½ Ounces Canned Pinto Beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 Cup Frozen Corn
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion (Diced)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a 5 quart or larger slow cooker and stir to combine.
    2 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts –16 Ounces Salsa –14 ½ Ounces Canned Pinto Beans –1 Cup Frozen Corn –1 Medium Yellow Onion
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred the meat.
  • Add the shredded meat back into the slow cooker, stir to combine.
  • Serve and enjoy!
