  1. Arrange frozen cinnamon rolls in casserole crock-pot. Allow to rise the night before (2-3 hours, less if rolls are thawed out) .
  2. Store the rolls in the refrigerator over night. In the morning, allow to rise again (about an hour).
  3. Melt one stick of butter. Pour the butter over the risen rolls.
  4. Sprinkle the powder pudding mix over the rolls evenly.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
  6. Place the icing packets in hot water until melted.
  7. Pour both icing packets over the cinnamon rolls. Serve.
