Crock-Pot Buffalo Chicken Tacos Recipe
Serve this flavorful shredded chicken cooked in your slow cooker inside corn or flour tortillas (gluten free tortillas if you are on a GF diet) with your favorite taco toppings such as cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, etc.

  1. Add chicken, buffalo sauce and butter to a 4 quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Stir well to coat your chicken with the buffalo sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours.
  4. Once chicken is cooked, remove chicken and shred the meat with two forks.
  5. Mix shredded chicken with leftover sauce in the slow cooker coating all pieces.
  6. Serve for tacos.
