Crock-Pot Brussel Sprouts Recipe

  1. Wash and trim the ends of the Brussels Sprouts and add to a 4 quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Add the Dijon mustard, salt and pepper and toss to coat the sprouts.
  3. Add three tablespoons of butter to the top.
  4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
