Ingredients
For Serving
  • 1pound egg noodlescooked to al dente on the stove top according to directions on package (Manischewitz has a gluten free noodle)
Instructions
  1. I used a liner, but that is not necessary. You will want to spray your crock with pam.
  2. Place your Stewed Beef at the bottom of the crock and sprinkle with the Salt and Pepper. Add your chopped onion on top of the beef.
  3. In a large measuring cup, measure out the Beef Broth and then add your Worcestershire sauce, Rice Vinegar, water, Ketchup and Garlic Powder and mix quickly with a fork. Pour this over the Onion layer. Cook on low for 6-8 Hours.
  4. When the meat is fully cooked, turn the crock on high and add the frozen corn (or other veggie). Add your cold water to your flour and mix well, add that to the crock while you are cooking the noodles, al dente. Once the noodles are cooked, turn the crock off and add the sour cream and mix well.
  5. I don’t add the noodles until right as I’m serving so they can’t cook further. You will want to add Salt and Pepper to taste at this point.

You are gonna love these!
