Crock-Pot Easy Peach Cobbler
There is something about a warm peach cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream that screams summer! Use frozen peaches you have frozen yourself or store bought or fresh peaches works too. No adjustment in the cooking time!

  1. Do not use a slow cooker liner for this recipe.
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Mix in the 6 tablespoons of melted butter into the dry ingredients, until all is moistened.
  4. Using the 2 remaining tablespoons of butter, butter the sides and bottom of a 3.5 quart crock-pot.
  5. Put a small layer of the butter/dry ingredient mixture in the bottom of the crock.
  6. In your large bowl add the frozen peaches to the butter/dry ingredient mixture and mix well.
  7. Add your mixture from the large bowl into the crock.
  8. Cook on low for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
