  1. In a bowl mix together with your hands the ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, 1/2 cup marinara sauce and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  2. Place meat mixture in the bottom of either a casserole crock-pot or a 5 quart or larger oval crock pot and shape into a loaf shape.
  3. Pour the remaining 1/2 cup of marinara sauce over the top.
  4. Cover and cook for 4 ā€“ 6 hours on LOW or 2 ā€“ 3 hours on HIGH.
  5. During last 10 minutes of cooking sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top and cover again to let cheese melt.
  6. Serve with a nice Caesar salad and some crusty bread for an easy meal and enjoy!
