- 1 Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Taco Spice
- 1 Gluten-Free Beer or 12oz Chicken Broth
- 1 Can Black Beans
- 1 Can Chili Beans
- 1 Can Tomatoes with Chili Pepper
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Can Chicken Broth
- 1 Can Mexican Corn
- 1 Pound Chicken
- Garnish:
- Tortilla
- Monterey Jack Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Put ingredients in Crockpot.
- Cook on Low for 8 hours.
- Cut Tortillas in strips.
- Fry with a little Olive Oil till Crisp.
- Serve soup topped with Tortilla strips, Sour Cream, & Cheese.
