Here is a great recipe from one of our readers, Stephanie White. Whip up a pot of spaghetti with a creamy non-tomato based sauce in your crock-pot.
1 Pound Hamburger
1 Green Pepper- Chopped
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Cans Tomato Soup
1 Can of Rotel
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 Box of Cooked Spaghetti Noodles
Shredded Cheese to Top- Your Preference
- Brown burger drain and place in crock-pot.
- Mix together all soups and rotel and place in crock-pot.
- Add the green pepper.
- Mix all together.
- Cook on low for 3 hours.
- Add the cooked noodles-cook on low 1 more hour then top with shredded cheese.
