This is a great recipe if you do not have time for prep work. I used peach salsa from Trader Joes. This salsa gives you the cold peach plus the hottness of the peppers. Add a potato or a noodle and veggie and you have a meal.
- 1 Jar Peach Salsa
- Add Chicken to Crock-Pot. Whole Chicken or Various Pieces your choice.
- Add jar of peach salsa to chicken. Spread it around and make sure you get in and around the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6 hours
