- In a bowl, whip the 3 egg whites until peaks appear.
- Add applesauce, 1/2 cup water and the dry cake mix to the eggs whites.
- Stir well and set aside.
- In another bowl, add dry pudding mix and 2 cups water.
- Stir well and set aside.
- Preheat crock-pot on high.
- Spray grease the inside of the crock-pot well.
- Add cake mix to the crock-pot.
- Then add the pudding mix to the crock-pot.
- DO NOT MIX.
- Place a paper towel on top of the crock-pot opening and then put the lid on top of the paper towel.
- Cook on high for 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours or until a knife comes out clean from the cake mix portion.
- To remove, use a plate with a lip larger than the crock-pot itself. I used a pie pan.
- Place the plate on top of the crock-pot and flip it upside down.
- Be careful as the mixture is steaming hot.
- Serve.
