Crock-Pot Maple and Pecan Granola
2 Cups Oats (Instant Oats Are Fine)
1 3 Ounce Bag of Pecans, Chopped
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Add ingredients to crock-pot and stir well. You want the maple syrup evenly coating the oats and pecans.
- Cook on low for 1 hour stirring occasionally.
- Cool on a sheet of waxed paper.
