Great Pork Chop Recipe. Can use any Cream of Soup, Erika uses Mushroom.

Ingredients
  • 4-6 Pork Chops
  • 3 Cups of Water
  • 1 Cup Rice, Cooked
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
Instructions
  1. Saute Pork Chops in skillet until browned.
  2. Transfer to Crock-Pot.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (high 3-4 hours).
