Crock-Pot Manly Meatloaf

Get out the big crock-pot for this recipe! I used a 7 quart crock-pot myself. I like to do a glaze on top of my make just combine ½ cup ketchup and ¼ cup brown sugar and spread over the meatloaf before cooking.
  • 5 Lbs. Lean Ground Beef
  • 4 Eggs, Beaten
  • 2 Package Of Stuffing Mix (such as Stove Top Brand)
  • 3 Cloves Of Garlic, minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke
  • ¼ Cup Mustard
  • ¼ Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 Cup Water
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Dump meat mixture into crock-pot and pat down evenly.
  3. If using glaze, glaze your meatloaf with ketchup and brown sugar mixture.
  4. Cover crock-pot with lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve with your favorite side dishes. We enjoyed this with mashed potatoes and corn. Make meatloaf sandwiches or freeze leftovers for an extra meal or two.
