Crock-Pot Easiest Ever Pot Roast

Ingredients
  • 3-4 Lb. Pot Roast, Trimmed
  • 1 Package Lipton's Onion Soup
  • 1 Cup Burgundy or other Red Wine
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Mrs. Dash
Instructions
  1. Cover roast with the onion soup.
  2. Add Burgundy, then sprinkle with lemon pepper and
  3. Mrs. Dash
  4. I usually use the 8-hour setting on my crock pot.
  5. Strain fat off roast and thicken juices with cornstarch and a couple of tablespoons of brown gravy mix.
Notes
Serve with steamed carrots and mashed potatoes.
