Crock-Pot Creamy Chicken Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
  • 2 16oz Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Small Onions, Diced
  • 6 Carrots, Diced
  • ¼ Cup Stick Butter
  • ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 5 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • ¼ Teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • Dash of Tarragon
  • 3 Cups Half and Half Cream
  • 2 Cups Cubed or Shredded Chicken
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
  1. Add Stick Butter and Onions to Skillet and saute.
  2. Add flour and mix well.
  3. In Crock-Pot add all ingredients (including onion/flour mixture) except Half and Half.
  4. Cook 6 hours on low.
  5. Add Half and Half and stir.
  6. Cook on low for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve
