3-4 Turkey Legs
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 Teaspoon Rosemary
1 Teaspoon Basil
1 Teaspoon Tarragon
- Rub Olive Oil over the skin of the turkey legs.
- In a small bowl, mix the 4 spices.
- Sprinkle the spices over the skin of the turkey legs.
- Place the turkey legs in the crock-pot. A single layer on the bottom and then cross them on top the opposite way.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
