Crock-Pot Turkey Legs

Ingredients

3-4 Turkey Legs
Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 Teaspoon Rosemary
1 Teaspoon Basil
1 Teaspoon Tarragon

Instructions

  1. Rub Olive Oil over the skin of the turkey legs.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the 4 spices.
  3. Sprinkle the spices over the skin of the turkey legs.
  4. Place the turkey legs in the crock-pot. A single layer on the bottom and then cross them on top the opposite way.
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours.
