My sister gave me a recipe to make this but I changed it up a little based on what I had on hand. Turned out really tasty. I was able to use a fork and mash the chicken into shreds.
|Crock-Pot Taco Chicken Meat||
- 3 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Package Taco Seasoning
- 1 Cup Chicken Stock
- Cut chicken Breasts in strips.
- Place all ingredients in 3 quart crock-pot.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Drain extra juice from Chicken.
- Shred chicken and place in serving bowl.
