My sister gave me a recipe to make this but I changed it up a little based on what I had on hand.  Turned out really tasty.  I was able to use a fork and mash the chicken into shreds.  

Crock-Pot Taco Chicken Meat

  • 3 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Package Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Chicken Stock

  1. Cut chicken Breasts in strips.
  2. Place all ingredients in 3 quart crock-pot.
  3. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. Drain extra juice from Chicken.
  5. Shred chicken and place in serving bowl.
