Crock-Pot Skirt Steak with Mushroom Gravy

This came out nice and moist and tasty. I added in some egg noodles for a side and ended up mixing them with the gravy. My kids even enjoyed it.

Oh yum I only just tried this recently, but just with the french onion soup, it was delicious then. Love the new take you have put on it with the mushroom soup. Will try it out next time I make it.

I made this last night with french onion soup mix and Campbells cream of mushroom and I added fresh onions to the mix halfway through. It was AMAZING. Can’t wait for leftovers tonight…

This recipe was SO good. I’ve had this gravy combination a lot with other meats but this one was so tender and juicy. I loved it with the egg noodles.

Thanks for a great recipe! :)
