Crock-Pot Pork

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 9 hours

Total Time: 9 hours, 15 minutes

Yield: 6 Servings


1 Onion, Sliced
1 Carrot, Sliced
1 Celery Stalk, Sliced
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
3 Pound Pork Roast
Season Salt
1 Cup Warm Water
1 Teaspoon Chicken Bouillon


  1. Turn crock-pot on to low, place lid on pot.
  2. While crock-pot is warming you can chop the onion, carrot, celery.
  3. Smash garlic add to veggies.
  4. Remove lid and place onion, carrot, celery and garlic in crock pot.
  5. Place pork roast on top of veggies.
  6. Sprinkle liberally with season salt.
  7. Add bouillon to water, stir to dissolve.
  8. Pour water/bouillon over veggies.
  9. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. (I cook mine while I am at work, from 7am to 5pm).
  10. Shred it with veggies and add your favorite bbq sauce for sandwiches or just slice and eat.
  11. Or you can add salsa and wrap in tortillas.
  12. Family loves it.
