My love of dip! Out entire house has been sick this last week. I had to take the dreaded trip to the prompt care. Hubby thinks it is fighting a bear getting me to go to the doctors. But I made it back no sicker than I was before. I decided it was time for something with a strong onion in it. And well I love dip and cream cheese, so what better than a Hot Onion Dip.
2 8oz Packages of Cream Cheese, softened and cubed
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Add all ingredients to crock-pot.
- Cook on low for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
