Crock-Pot Hot Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

8 Cups Chicken, cooked and chopped
1 Onion, chopped
2 Cups Mayonnaise
1 Cup American Cheese, shredded
1 Cup Celery, Ccopped
hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Add first 5 ingredients to the crock-pot.
  2. Cook on low for 2 hours.
  3. Serve on buns.

    Sounds good. But for we less experienced cooks, giving us the approximate number of chicken breasts would be much easier than trying to figure out how many would be needed for 8 cups.

      That is something I had not thought of before. I would think 4 Decent sized chicken breasts would be about right.
