Crock-Pot Fall Apples

6 Large Tart Apples
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cinnamon


  1. Peel, core and thinly slice apples.
  2. Place in Crock-Pot.
  3. Cover with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  4. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.


Serve as a side dish, dessert or even a topping on ice cream, pancakes etc.
