6 Large Tart Apples
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
- Peel, core and thinly slice apples.
- Place in Crock-Pot.
- Cover with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Serve as a side dish, dessert or even a topping on ice cream, pancakes etc.
