This one was also a new one for me, just pretty much winged it and it turned out great!
Crock-Pot Easy Tortilla Soup
3-4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Cooked and Shredded
2 Cans Chicken Broth (14 oz)
28 Ounce Chopped or Stewed Tomato (Do not Drain)
1 Teaspoon Garlic Minced (I use Refrigerated)
1 Can of Black Beans (Do not Drain)
1/2 Package Taco Seasoning
1 Package of Corn Tortilla’s Chips
- Combine all ingredients and mix the taco seasoning in except corn tortillas chips and cheese in crock-pot.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
- If you have used stewed tomatoes break them up before serving.
- Serves 6.
- Ladle into bowls add cheese on top and serve with tortilla chips.
