Crock-Pot Easy Chicken and Stuffing


2 lbs Chicken, cut into chunks
1 6oz Package Dry Stuffing Mix
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
1/2 Cup Sour Cream


  1. Add to crock-pot in this order: chicken, dry stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken stock (swirl around in soup can prior to adding) and sour cream.
  2. Cook on low for 3 hours or until chicken is cooked. (longer if using frozen chicken)
  3. Serve.

  I cooked this using my 5qt oval crock-pot.  I also used raw (thawed) chicken thigh pieces (no bone).
