2 lbs Chicken, cut into chunks
1 6oz Package Dry Stuffing Mix
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
I cooked this using my 5qt oval crock-pot. I also used raw (thawed) chicken thigh pieces (no bone).

I made this recipe tonight and it came out awful! I followed the recipe exactly and it was soupy and bland, I won’t make it again. I was so disappointed
Hi Kelly, We are sorry the recipe did not turn out right for you. Not sure why that happened, but sometimes things like that do happen usually due to the differences in Crock-Pots.
Made this last night just like the recipe calls. Little mushy if made with fresh chicken, so I wouldn’t make it with frozen due to the extra water. But it was still yummy, even to a picky 2 and 4 year old.
I made this today, it came out a mess! Was very mushy! My husband who will eat just about anything took one bite and refused the rest. Needless to say there is a frozen pizza in the oven, thank goodness for plan B!
How long did you cook it? what type of crock-pot did you use? Sorry it didnt turn out for you.
Wanted to know how much longer you should cook this if using frozen chicken. Thank you.
maybe an hour longer…not much though
