Here is a super simple recipe sent to us by reader Joy Carlton
that only uses 2 ingredients. So easy yet so yummy!
2-3 Lbs. Cube Steak
1 Large Can Cream of Mushroom soup
- Place meat into freezer for about 20 minutes to facilitate easier slicing.
- Cut meat into strips and place into bottom of Crockpot.
- Pour soup over meat and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- If you want really thin gravy, add a little water to the mix.
- Serve with rice or potatoes.
