Crock-Pot Cube Steak

Crock-Pot Cube Steak

Ingredients

2-3 Lbs. Cube Steak
1 Large Can Cream of Mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Place meat into freezer for about 20 minutes to facilitate easier slicing.
  2. Cut meat into strips and place into bottom of Crockpot.
  3. Pour soup over meat and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  4. If you want really thin gravy, add a little water to the mix.
  5. Serve with rice or potatoes.
