I am a big fan of creamed corn and well anything with cream cheese is a good thing. This was an easy recipe to make and after dinner there was none left!
This is an easy recipe. You can easily double this to make more.
1 Package Frozen Corn (16 ounces)
1/2 Package of Cream Cheese (4 ounces)
1/8 Cup Butter (If your corn has butter in it, leave this out)
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart crock-pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
- Stir before serving.
